The Impact
I’ve worked in diversity, colonialism and discrimination since 2018 in Germany on improving the understanding of these topics through direct practice in our current social problematics.
As a migrant, I continuously reinvent myself, drawing on my experiences and expertise to address the multicultural and interdisciplinary challenges of today’s society. In a world still grappling with discrimination and systemic inequities, my goal is to foster inclusion, understanding, and healing. By promoting dialogue and equitable solutions, we can build a more integrated and compassionate society for all.
What Integration Matters do
Address cultural, systemic, and structural barriers that hinder equity and progress, and often create divides that limit societal and personal potential in the private and public sector.
